Saiful has spent over 15 years leading HR and operations inside some of the world's most demanding organisations — Unilever, GSK, and Airtel. He has led large-scale hiring transformations, managed complex organisational restructuring, and built people functions across multiple international markets.
That experience gave him an unusually clear view of what makes remote teams succeed long-term: structure, onboarding discipline, and genuine investment in employee experience. It is the foundation everything at Invicta is built on.
Faisal has built and managed distributed teams across the USA and Finland, working across high-growth technology companies and global platforms. As a founder and product leader, he has been on the client side of remote hiring — navigating time zones, cultural gaps, and the operational friction that most staffing firms leave behind.
At Invicta, he leads the technology and operational side — ensuring the systems and processes that support remote teams are as strong as the people within them.
